Anchors

Post by bilbo »

I'm tripping over the following anchors: a 45lb CQR copy and an Ian Nicolson design of a Big Folding Fisherman, by Tennemast, about 60lb. The wee one is, obviously, a cheap and nasty Danforth copy, about 15lb.

I anticipate driving north to Argyll towards the end of April.....

Before some wag intones that this is a 'boaty forum', let me hasten to add that one is now actually observing a large part of this new season's sailing 'brownie point' hoard, which this smug denizen of The Shire hopes soon to start trading-in for memorable 'jollies' away..... :sailing

..that's got to be worth several long weekends afloat, even at the very disadvantageous exchange rate that sailing seems to attract.
