Appears to be stuck on UTC no matter what I set in the admin.

CAn you live with it, or should I put a bomb under the server? :hardhat:

Lots of us live in a UTC/GMT/zulu world and even stick to Dover tides. Nothing to be ashamed of, just take a deep breath and admit to yourself that you may be a little different from other people.
If you don't flaunt it too much, nobody will annoy you. And, you have the bonus of always getting the tidal gates right - even in summer.

Strange - If I set my profile to GMT +1, then the time is correct whilst I'm logged in, but if I'm logged out then the time is two hours behind, ie GMT -1.

Are you sure that you remember 'Spring Forward and Fall Back'?
