One step closer to getting sailing...

Poor Kelpie has been sitting neglected on her mooring all winter. Today I brought her alongside the local fish farm pontoon for a bit of fettling. SWMBO and 2 month old new crew member came aboard, we have spent some time sorting out how that will work, still a few things to organise but it looks doable. Sails bent on. Interior deep cleaned. Pulpit fitted- yes she didn't have one when we bought her and I have had a secondhand one kicking about for ages now. Feels good to finally have it in place.
Now it's just a trip to Uig for water, neaping for antifouling and hull touchup, rewiring of the cabin lights, fitting nav lights, fitting the pushpit, fitting the navik, and doing some sort of permanent install on the heater. Not much, is it?
