Lowered about 20 masts at the club last weekend, Sahona's was last to go. A depressing feeling seeing all these boats disabled.
Lift-out in a couple of weeks and we have to bring about half a ton ashore in order to meet the crane's capacity. That's the hard bit, and finding room for all the cr@p is no joke either. I'm considering an extra garden shed, though what I'd really like is a watertight container I can pack then sink at the berth, out of sight and mind until next spring. Anyone got one or tried it? (a standard plastic storage box on the pontoon would likely be empty by Spring)
