Transits

I make little drawings in the log and pilot books when a transit may be useful or anchoring bearing is required.
These diagrams simply highlight a couple of features I believe will be stable - like mountains and all that.
This year has been difficult so far, with the last 5 weeks of low cloud...
Biggest surprise was Moidart, where my smugly added info in the pilot was useless.
What, if anything, do you guys (and gals) use in your drawings?

My favourite drawings are the ones I make on the bank.
