No, not his hair - though exactly how the thatch is attached is a subject in itself. Apparently Donald, who loves Scatlaan, is handing out wedge to people who are agin windmills. Surely this is an opportunity for the forum to apply for funding. After all our careful and thoughtful arguments and the influence we have on the powers that be must be worth a bob or two. Perhaps Don could be persuaded to pop a few quid behind the Troosers bar to lubricate the gullets of those who fill in one of the postcards. I believe he is also a firm opponent of bubbles and may fund an action group.
