Nick, why can't you just amuse yourself over on TOP winding up the little engerlanders? I've now added bubbles_slower.js to my blocked list.

You fill your boots. What you do in the privacy of your own computer is up to you. If I really wanted to wind you up I could set up a function to change the name of the javascript file every hour . . .

I have to spend longer on here than any of you and I like the bubbles. If it is terribly important to people they can always go to an alternative sailing forum that is bubble-free.

I could of course remove the bubbles for a £10 a year subscription fee . . .

"Bubbles" would be a much politer epithet for some of the feckers on TOP than I would use, though full of gas and forming scum on the surface is quite apt.

£10 a year + a monthly Big Brother style vote to remove any eejits doesn't seem a bad deal. What's your paypal moniker?

Ah hang on now - it's one out all out for the bubbles. You come to me with a consortium of, say, 50 good men and true who are all prepared to pay for a bubble-free forum on an annual basis and you have a deal - including the monthly big-brother style evictions if that is the general consensus. Arsing around for a tenner is no longer corporate policy at Webcraft Towers after the hiding we took on the BlueMoment Burgees.

Thank you wully. I think they lend a certain air of tranquility to the place.

On an Italian cruise liner are we?

I knew this place was dying on its feet, but I didn't expect it to sink so quickly.
