Just heard Drun was on the rocks at Kerrera, I think they have managed to get her off but damage has been done.
I dont think she was alone either.
The company I work for had chartered her for later on this month for 3 days to entertain clients, so i guess that wont be happening now, shame, i have already turned down two trips on Drum so I was keen to go this time.

aye flew out at seven this morning, on a semi Stena Spey, pretty wild very big seas, all opperations stopped, it was in the 60knots but havn't checked for a while. Comms are staying which is good.
Bit worried about leaving Orla, although plenty people keeping an eye on her, no power there at the moment and the sams site must be down cant get onto to check whats happening, but last time i looked the wind chart was of the visible scale.
Daves sitting it out as well, as long as it stays west ish we should be ok, I bet Tim and his team are running about daft checking the boats, he's a good guy to have running a marina.....

Spoke to Dave on the phone an hour or so ago - yes, Tim & co are running about checking everything and all is OK at the moment, still SW / W, and the wind has dropped a lot in the last hour.
