It's a spinnaker tangling school. Why did the bloke in gloves leave the greenhouse if it's that cold?

Nah, it's not cold. The chap on the left is wearing oven gloves for some reason, so either he's been baking bannocks or they're in a very hot place.
Very impressive watching these auld guys setting a spinnie. Are there any more pics?

I was talking about the conductors' shirt. The sheet on the washing line looks like someone has been sick on it. I presume it came with the boat, nobody sane would choose a colour like that, errr, oh, OK, maybe you did select it.

The Laird for reasons best known only to hiself, requires his sailing cloth to be handled by the "staff" whilst wearing hand protection (we don't call them gloves). This particular occasion, the item was brand new (the sail not the gloves which have seen years of service) as were the ropes or guys as the old poofter warbled on about the difference ... way above my payscale whatever the auld goat wus wittering oan aboot ...
