My readers will be delighted to know that having lost 4 stones in weight down to an emaciated state of 11 stone which I found unsustainable, I have since gained 1 stone but have been stable at that for some time.

I understand that since being weaned aff the woodbine, P.Handy is now in the very high teens and is fast approaching a score.

Para scoring ? I didn't know he was that way inclined.


But inclining is what weight does, unfortunately.

Ah but it's better to be off the fags. I'm now a pleasant 13 stone and feeling much better for it too.
