Due to being let down at the last, I am in urgent need of a joiner in Mid Argyll
Any recommendations?
Not quite a sailing topic but if I can find one quickly I may get to sail at the weekend!

Clyde_Wanderer is a good joiner and is up your way next week - maybe worth a call?

Oak skirtings and archetraves but, the errant joiner has threatened to rejoin today so panic almost over, when are you going through the Crinan, I may wander up for a walk with the dogs so that I can observe your locking tactics.

SSOL, Hope the joiner does a good job for you.
We had planned to enter the canal on sat morn but a couple of the gang are (in the last 1/2hr) talking of postponing our start from Cumbrae until sat morn, but I think a final descision will be made later this eve.
Weather will be the deciding factor.
Eamonn.

Thanks Eamon, his work was very good up to the point where he didn't turn up for a few days , SWMBO had ordered carpets to be fitted on Friday in anticipation of three rooms being finished and decorated. I will now mostly be painting till the small hours!:(
I hope the weather improves for you, we usualy walk around Bellanoch and Crinan at the weekend if we are not on the boat in Croabh so may well see you at some point.

Hi Bob thats where we will be holding up for the sat night if not all the way through.
We are now going ahead with original plans to depart Cumbrae sometime tomorrow.
Come and join us for a drink if you see our boats, Hummingbird, Vixen, Besula, and Neffertati, and Emma.
Cheers, Eamonn.

If we are not on the boat and, Desperate(Falkirk)Dan's KCC muster at Ardentinny is canceled ( were going by road) , we may well see you. Was Nevertattie on the sales pontoon at Kip? I am sure I have seen her recently.

I think that's where her new owner bought her, she is a Legend 33 and is now kept at Ardrossan.
I havent actually seen her yet but look forward to it, I believe she has a shower so if I'm not in the bar I will most likely be using her shower.
Cheers, Eamonn.
