Is the leaky pipe in a place where you can cut it out to replace with a straight section? If so get a piece from a local exhaust supplier that has the same inside diameter as your existing pipe. Cut a coule od slots into each end, then clamp that in place using standard exhaust clamps. If it is a bent piece of pipe, try and remove it in one piece, take it to an exhaust manufacturer(Yellow Pages) and see if thay can copy it. Failing that you can buy flexible hose designed for use as exhaust so that might do.

If using flexible exhaust hose you will need to ensure that it is well supported - if it can flap around too much it will not last.

Assume yours is similar to mine, with the water being injected some distance away from the engine.
Just to set your mind at rest, I've had a couple of installations using "dry" metal exhaust up to the "U" bend where the mixing takes place.
On the VP, it took the form of plaited wire armour in layers, similar to that used in some cars between the manifold and first solid section of exhaust (eg. rover 825D).
On the current 4108, it is iron spiral flexible pipe covered in asbestossy bandage. Both have been installed for years (possibly 30?) and are still good, the secret being (I think) that the salt water is introduced later in the circuit and only wets rubber hose between the Utube and skin fitting.
Should last for years, being internally coated with nice oily fumes.....

The flex coupling flew apart when I picked up a rope on the prop on launch day so no mobo.
I think the prob is rammed into the rudder and the shaft bent.
Couldn't afford the fuel anyway.
The conservatory windows disintegrated when I fitted the spreader for the crane, so that's gone as well.
We're a yot, so there.
