Dieting

A friend is very keen to pursue his diet, such that as well as not having any salt on his normal breakfast of three rashers of bacon, mushrooms, two eggs and two sausages - he is also planning to forego the pepper as well. How many calories does this save?

It was only one sausage and as you remarked elsewhere - no beans.
