The Untold Voyage, Roger D Taylor

Roger Taylor and Ming Ming, a 21' foot junk rigged Corribee, tells a tale of an artic voyage that he chose to forget and destroyed his logs, videos and pictures.
I found it a fascinating read and found it difficult to put down, reading it over three days. If you have read any of his books about his artic adventures, it starts much the same. A series of incredible events and encounters result in him completing the voyage and trying to forget all that happened. Many years later, guilt or age, perhaps with a sense of time running out, he decides to tell the story, part to remember, part to salve and part to give identity.
It is a strange story, and easy to think that it is all made up, but the claim is that it is real. A thoroughly good read, a gripping story, genuinely engaging and captivating, wanting to know more.
It would spoil the story, the suspense, if I described any of the events, even minor details, involved in the story telling.
