Just a thought while considering the thread "Drinks" created in 2011 - how many of the contributors have shucked off their mortal coils since then? Just scrolling through brings back memories and smiles.

Well that's a cheery opener to the "Festive Season"!

Should Old Acquaintance be forgot,
and never thought upon;
The flames of Love extinguished,
and fully past and gone:
Is thy sweet Heart now grown so cold,
that loving Breast of thine;
That thou canst never once reflect
On old long syne.

Remember those who have died with warmth and joy for lives lived well and friendship received.
