I see that the bit of water that Flora McDonald rowed across is at the centre of another near death docking disaster doom dilemma for the RNLI.
There must be something in the water up at “the Kyles” that cause highly trained mariners to messily manoeuvre their vessels up there.
Fortunately, on this occasion it was just the RNLI’s ego that was dented.
What do masters not know that Flora did all those centuries ago?
