Maxlifestyle.net is a network of websites that deals with any kind of Lifestyle-related subject ranging from Extreme Sports to Hobbies & Games to Personal Development and Family Life. We cover all the aspects of each of the lifestyle subjects by offering comprehensive Information, as well as hundreds of Products and a wide directory of Travel Services.

The only way to run a collection of sites like this is to employ someone who is both interested and knowledgeable to run each niche site. The original model for this on the web was of course About.com (I was their aviation guide in their early days).

Now, the question above was of course rhetorical . . . but seriously, no-one who knows anything about sailing is likely to use your website or, consequently, to buy from the shop or click on any ads.


I don't think you are going to generate any income by posting on here with a link in your signature - this is far too knowledgeable an audience. So, unless you are developing a genuine interest in sailing, which doesn;t sseem likely from your posts to date, it is probably better if you don't post on here any more.

I have watched endless alleged 'yachting sites' come and go - usually created by people who think there is a fast buck to be made with little effort because the sailing community are stinking rich.

While there may be a grain of truth in this they are generally not gullible.

If 'Angelica' comes clean, tells us exactly what her own sailing experience is, removes the site from her sig and engages in some meaningful discussion then I would be delighted.

Who ever did the site has put a few hours in with a bit of content, but even I can recognise that the initial spurt of enthusism is going to wain when nothing happens.

It's a bitch trying to make money on t'interweb, not for the feint hearted or those looking for a quick buck which sadly covers 99.9% of interweb entrepon... can't spell it!
