Site moved to new server

Once again it is time to move on and the site has been moved to a new server, a Cloud based VPS this time. This has newer and upgradeable versions of PHP and MySQL, and is expandable. This should future-proof the site.
I have also added password protection to the manuals section of the downloads - you can find the user name and details in a sticky at the top of the members section.
