berserkI've just finished reading this book. It's about a 21 year old Norwegian skipper who sailed an Albin Vega from Norway to Chile then set off for the Antarctic with two guys he had known for ten minutes, neither of whom had sailed before.

(It's not just for Vega owners, or even sailors - it's one of the best written adventure stories I've ever read - in spite of the technical inaccuracies. (It was written by one of the 'non-sailors', although he knew a fair bit by the time Berserk returned from the ice).
