Won't load for me.
Even worse, since I tried to access it, a site called babblingventricle opens a new tab when I try to click on a hot spot in any web page.

I don't know, it happened when I tried to access that site and now I can't get rid of it. I have updated Windows 10, updated the Defender data and done a full scan but I keep getting prompt to allow pop-ups from whatever site I am looking at and whether I accept or decline a new tab opens with a site that has official looking branding and is offering a free scan and removal service. I know better than to click on anything there but I can't use my laptop so am doing this on my tablet.

No promises (I haven't been afflicted with that adware), but I've found this site to be fairly reliable.

Thanks Flobbets, removal now complete. It was not a simple job. There are four stages, each requiring download of a different malware removal program, and the computer kept opening new tabs (under the influence of the malware) as I tried to download each program, however after a morning's work it was clear.
Another benefit was the restoration of the ability to print PDF files which had gone when Windows 10 updated itself in mid-July. It is still a bit of an esoteric process however requiring either a right-click on the document or a Ctrl-P, a blast from the past or Windows 3.1 IIRC. Now the print dialog pop-up appears and stays there so that I can use it. Before the upgrade, there was a menu bar at the top of the document that appeared if I scrolled there and the print icon linked to a dialog box. After the upgrade there was no menu bar and using the older methods to get a print command resulted in the dialog box appearing and vanishing again after about 1/5 of a second.
