Question is - would a bluebottle fill black hole

If the bluebottle (or fly) is the black hole, then it must have dissapeared up it's own to create its'self, which takes us back to the instant of impact where we examine the last thing that went through it's mind. Do we have corroborating evidence or a conflict, or will the result always be the same?
