Dodgers for a Centaur should pose no problem but who do I go to, mail order or someone local (to Scotland not Yorkshire) doesn't matter?
Not saying that this is the best place, but an easy option to find out a ball park price. I bought our dodgers, spray hood, and stack pack from them - quite a few years ago now. All done by email. No complaints. They might be pricey?

C&J Marine Services

Ash
How did you guess I still needed them?

C&J look reasonable, but they don't do green.

I filled out an enquiry form for Owen Sails and got this back:
"Dodgers £19.00 + vat per foot
(length of 1 dodger gives you a pair)
Lettering 'CHIRON' @ £4/letter £48.00 + vat

If you decided to order, I could send a measurement form if your boat is not
local to us, along with a colour card - there are several shades of blue.
"
I'll do the same with C&J and see if there is much in it price wise. It'll be easier to call on Owens if I need to.

Just replaced mine.
Up each side and across the back with a toughened strip where the dinghy rubs when on the davits with lettering on each side
260+ Queens Holiday Money
Goachers.

I've got a couple of long skinny fenders tied to the davits for the rib to rub against, Even with reinforcement your canvas won't last long unless the dinghy is very light.

Hi Bill
It only just touches so no real wear as such - it leaves a couple of dark marks where the guardrail stanchions touch so its just to counter that - they are sacrificial so can be replaced fairly simply if necessary.

Hi John. Does your stern dodger go all the way across the back? We have a gate (so we can clamber to and from the rib) so our canvas never gets squidged against the stanchion. The pockets are for fenders and bits of junk. Do you not go up the back, if you'll pardon the phrase.

No Bill - we have a rather cumbersome radar and gps gantry which prevents us going up the back. We have to get our leg over roughly where your 2 rather fine looking pockets are situated. Ours does go right across the back.

Plenty of privacy for frolics on the poop then.
