Just as a matter of interest, what is in a Reeds these days?

I have a 1977 copy!

I seem to get by with the CCC directions and a tide table.

They are always wrapped in cellophane when I see them in the chandlers so I never get a sneeky peek.

You can't be thinking of dispensing with the old '77??? I still need to send off £2 for the fully illustrated catalogue produced by Telesonic Marine of Euston Road, London. They stock the latest Ferrograph and Mariner Sunprince Sextants. We also need to send away for the latest news on the Hawker Siddley Petter marine diesels and the morse code self-instuction C90 cassettes as used by all major shipping companies and the RYA
