Thanks for the info regarding the Maltsters and the Mull racers.
I was planning to leave Bowling at the start of July to make my way up to Stormyway for Hebfest. Sounds as if the SoM, Small Isles route is going to be a bit congested. Back to plan A, south about Islay and maybe a stop in
Portnahaven
And as for Stornoway: its probably worth trying to get into the marina, it gets a bit bouncy tied to the harbour wall
