If being totally run down, devoid of investment, paying lip service to a despotic overlord regime (Ed Leisure) while grinding the inhabitants into the dirt with the threat of expulsion to Siberia (Granton/Limekilns) and making similar capitalist run enterprises look good is what is required, then PE has it made!
Must get off the fence sometime and say what I really mean. Going to have to be careful, though - now house buying in west has fallen through (just like PE pontoons) I may have to be back in October.
