I think he's developed a cunning technique for hiding his libatious tendancies though....

I sat with him in the Frog, and he drank half pints..... yes.... I tell you... half pints...... I was utterly gobsmacked..... half pints..... can you believe it..... I was thoroughly fed up of fetching them when he got onto his 17th half pint..... pah......

Last time I Stepped on board Silkie (it might have been more of a drunken plunge) in Scalasaig I caused the sea to come up through the cockpit drains and flood the cockpit.

Haven't you rude boys got anything better to talk about? Still, I suppose if you're talking about me you're leaving some other poor beggar alone.

Regarding the half-pints, a lot of folk start fast and then ease off whereas I start slow and speed up. So the initial halves were as a result of being unable to keep up with Big Jim's pints. Trouble was he didn't seem to slow down.

Silkie's quarter berths are very long in fact - they're jist no' awfy broad.

The video is of Dunstaffnage (taken by Merry Monster) during the previous blow which was not as bad as was last weekend according to MM. A boat sank on Friday night but I'm sworn to secrecy since they're apparently having difficulty contacting the owner.

But you'll have lost weight since then?
