I know that feeling well too.
I brought down the whole of Pitlochry Knitwear's systems.
Branches and Head Office. Everyone lost a morning's work from last backup. I wasn't popular.
All I was doing was cleaning that particular type of dust that gathers behind servers... And knocked a plug out. Thought I had got away with it until there was a knock on the computer room door......
