Some time in the 1990s, we took Snark (Kelt 9m lifting keel, draft about 1 m) to within about a mile of TnT before the nerve failed and we anchored. Never actually touched the bottom but it was getting worse ...
I see Antares has been now so it may be easier, or at least better advised.
Hope everyone is keeping safe and well in this strange and difficult time. We have been working tirelessly with the relevant paperwork, risk assessments and government guidelines to ensure our staff and customers safety and well-being.
Our plan is to open on Thursday 9th July, opening our outside tables from 12 noon till 8pm for drinks only (hopefully our weather will be kind to us)
We will be open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday operating the same hours
We have taken the decision not to be serving food at the moment, we will reassess this when we are given permission for the opening of inside seating areas, 15 July, we will keep you updated on both here and talking tourism.
Can we please ask you to be patient. We are working with a skeleton staff. Please adhere to signage and floor markings, entering through bar door and exiting through restaurant door. Bar door will also be used for toilet access.
