CG weather forecasts

I feel sure it must be a failing on my part but I can't figure this out...

Google can't point me to an up-to-date schedule for coastguard VHF weather forecast transmissions.

Can anyone else find one?

I'm not personally short of weather information but someone asked and I thought the web would be the quickest way to find out.

That does answer the question, though it's a cumbersome way to get there.

Google took me to the pdf leaflet, which was obviously out of date, so I looked through the website to find the update. I noticed that you can access MCA's "business plan" through to 2016, so that's apparently more important!
