Weather School Musing...Warm for Some

Hi,

Whilst we have been experiencing our second coldest 1st to 8th December since records began for Central England Temperature (CET) in 1772, some parts of Europe have been the polar (pun intedned) opposite.

Take a look at this chart from NCEP which shows just how warm it has been in southeastern Europe.

Thought this illustrates the point very wel!
